Architectural Elevations - All these description override any discrepancies that may be shown on the architectural drawings/plot plan. The porch shall include a balustrade that is no higher than 36", windows shall not have shutters, the front door shall be a half lite window with no muttons, a 10" frieze board shall cap the bottom of the front porch gable, the front columns shall be 6" X 6" square columns. The right side elevation shall include a 3/0 X 5/0 window.
Site Plan - The site plan shall include a sidewalk to the street and driveway, tree planted in the front yard, 10' wide driveway that extend 20' beyond the habitable portion of the house. The front setback is 25.5' and includes a 8' deep porch that encroaches 8' into the front yard setback.
All other details shall be consistent with the stamped and approved plans.
