- New secondary structure. Storage shed measures 8' wide by 8' deep and features an exterior of paneling made from engineered wood and an asphalt shingle roof. The shed is proposed to be set back 5'-3" from the rear of the house, 15' from the rear lot line, and 5' from the closest side lot line.
