Proposed deck is at the rear of the house, screened by the house from view from Luttrell.

Deck

- Install new rear deck, not visible from Luttrell, with parking access under deck and spiral stair to access first floor of house. Deck will be 5/4 pine decking with 4" x 4" posts and rail supports, and handrail of framed panels of sawn wood 1" x 1" uprights.

- Style: Craftsman (c.1910)
  - One story frame with brick veneer wall covering. Front gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, paired casements and flanking wood louvered vents in front gable, casements with Prairie transoms and sidelights on remainder of windows on front elevation. One over one double hung windows on remainder of building. One story full front porch with porte cochere, brick posts on truncated brick piers. Exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation, raised in back. Rectangular plan.
