Level I: SignBrick masonry commercial building with a three-bay storefront.
- New illuminated projecting sign. Round sign measures 3' in diameter and features internal illumination via LEDs, with illumination limited to white lettering and logos on a black background. The bottom of the sign will be approximately 10' above the sidewalk level. Signage also includes vinyl signs to be installed on the full-light doors, to be 18" in diameter.
Property Notes / Work to be Completed
- 111 E. Jackson Avenue is located within the Southern Terminal and Warehouse National Register Historic District, so the Historic Resources section of the guidelines applies. Overall, the sign meets the design guidelines as it is a projecting sign of 9 sq. ft located above the business's entryway. The internal illumination will be limited to the white letters and logo.
