- One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with hipped dormers, asphalt hsingle covering. Double hung one over one window and four over two pivoting attic windows. One story full front porch with paired wood posts on brick piers, wood enclosed balustrade. Two brick chimneys, one exterior end and one interior offset. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Recessed transom and sidelights.
