Masonry repair/painting; Porch elements; Roofing; Siding

- Level I: Remove artificial siding and repair wood siding and trim in kind as necessary; repair and repoint masonry, using provisions of Preservation Brief No. 2, repair porch ceiling, floor and railings; replace roof if necessary, using asphalt shingles; repair or install gutters.
  - Level II: Replace inappropriate replacement windows with appropriately sized one over one double hung wood windows.

- Style: Folk Victorian (1901)
  - Two story frame with aluminum siding. Hip roof with gabled front and side dormers with asphalt shingle roof covering, applied sawn wood sunburst designs in gables. Double hung one over one windows. One story full front porch with hip roof and gable over entry sided with imbricated wood shingles, turned wood posts with sawn wood brackets, supported by brick piers with lattice inserts covered with applied brick covering. Exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Projecting bay on south elevation. Transom at entry. Altered rear porch.
