:- Install one new garbage enclosure on Wall Avenue and add enclosure space to the Union Avenue location.
- At the Wall Avenue location, the garbage cans are currently lined up on the sidewalk adjacent to the Lerner Lofts building (on the south side of Wall Avenue near Gay Street). The new enclosure will be located west (Market Square side) of the traffic control box shown in the attached image and will include approximately 5 feet of the adjacent oversized parking stall. The two existing parking stalls will remain.
