APPROVE Certificate 2-E-24-DT subject to one condition: 1) meeting all relevant provisions of the City of Knoxville Sign Code.

Level I: Sign
    • New non-illuminated, projecting sign. Sign is approximately 3 sq ft in area and extends a total of 3' 4" from the façade of the building. The sign is to be mounted to the brick façade via metal brackets approximately 12' 8" from the ground above the first-floor primary entrance.
