Site Plan-- The driveway extends 25' past the front edge of the house and is 10' wide the entire length. The front yard setback is 25' or 17' to the front edge of the porch, the porch is allowed to encrouch into the setback an extra 2' to make the disired setbacks. The porch is 8' deep and 16' wide and located on the south side of the house with a private sidewalk that extends streight from the porch steps to the street. A tree will be planted in the front yard
Building Elevation--The gable vents are rectangular shaped and lovered vinyl. The doors are minimal traditional style panel doors 6'8" X 3' with a fan window. Windows are double hung vinyle 3' X 5' in bedrooms and 2'8" X 4'4" in other areas with a 6 over 6 mutton pattern. The siding is vinyl and the color varies on each of the seven houses being proposed on Divide Street at this time. The roofing is architectural asphalt shingles. The foundation is 8"x16"masonary units with a minimum exposed foundation of 8" and a maximum exposed foundation of 24". The columns of the porch are fluted. The houses will also be varied by adding shake-like and horizontal vinyl siding on the gables. The roof pitch is five over twelve.
