    • Replace roof, including underlayment, soffits and shingles; remove existing chain link fence; replace broken and missing windows with wood double hung two over two windows; remove existing iron porch columns and replace with 6" turned wood columns and wood balustrade, if necessary; remove front and rear aluminum storm/screen doors; replace front and rear unoriginal doors with six panel painted doors; make foundation repairs if necessary.

      • One story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, sawn wood bargeboard at east gable and round sawn wood attic vents. One story two bay front porch with replacement aluminum columns. Two interior offset side stuccoed chimneys. Stuccoed foundation. Irregular plan.
