Porch elements

- Replacing wood shakes in gable with like material; repairing foundation wall, using concrete block faced with original brick; repairing/replacing tongue & groove porch floor with tongue and groove material.

- Style: Craftsman (c.1915)
  - One story frame with weatherboard and wood shingle covering. Side gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, projecting side gables, gable dormer, knee bracces and rafters and lattice covered attic vents. One story wrap around front and side porch with square posts on splayed brick piers, altered balustrade. Nine over one and one over one double hung windows. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
