APPROVE proposed work which is consistent with adopted design guidelines and with Historic Zoning Commission review of October 17, 2002.

    • Install cornice at top of building and above storefront; replace storefront with color clad aluminum framed storefront with store windows and transoms; replace door with wood, full view paired entry doors; reaplce windows with two over two double hung windows with full arched three light transoms to match existing; repair and point masonry as necessary.

      • Flenniken-Strong Building.  Two story brick, two bay building.  Arched second story windows, corbelled arched window hoods, corbelled brick cornice.  Altered storefront.
