To honor a great man who has made this city a better place in many ways. He was the founder of the Joy of Music School, which is located at the site of the proposed name change. James Dick passed away this year. This act of commemoration will serve to keep him in the minds and spirits of the community, and of the people who continue his legacy in the heart of Knoxville.
