The porch is 20' X 8' and has brick pedestals with tapered columns and has railings around the perimeter of the porch. The right elevation has three windows and one door. The left side elevation has two windows.
    • Site Plan -The front yard setback is 18.8' with the 8' deep porch encroaching fully into the setback. The side setbacks are 25.9' to the east and 20.3' to the west. The driveway is 12' wide and extends 20' past the habitable portion of the house. A private sidewalk connects the front porch steps to the driveway. A tree is planted in the front yard.
