Applicant seeks a Certificate of Appropriateness for a new 110-foot, Type 1 Monopole WCF in the A zone, west of Manis Lane and south of Dutchtown Road. The proposed lease area is a 100' by 100' area, accessible by a 30' wide access utility easement (with a 20' wide paved access drive) extending west off Manis Lane. The lease area will include a 70' by 70' fenced compound with a 15' by 30' equipment area for the lessee, with two additional spaces for future carriers. The proposed tower will accommodate antennas at approximately 104' AGL with space for two additional carriers below.
