- One story side gable low-pitched roof with asphalt shingle roof covering. Vertical wood and lap wood siding. Miami Stone foundation. Rectangular floor plan. Aluminum double hung windows. House was designed by Sehorn and Kennedy for Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Rochat. The next owners, in succession, were the Stoffell's, Jack Harris (president of Store Brothers Machinery Company) and in August of 1978, Louis and Mary Lynn Riddle.
