Staff Comments
Staff has determined that this proposal meets the requirements of the guidelines because only non-historic elements are being demolished, the door will be recessed, the ramp is a federal ADA requirement, re-use of the existing door and surrounding trim, duplication of the existing panel walls and gypsum ceiling in the recess to finish and extend the existing walls.
