- LEVEL ONE CERTIFICATE: Remove vinyl siding, repair exterior walls as necessary, and replace vinyl with wood siding; repair roof structure and install asphalt shingles; replace front porch floor in kind, repair porch roof and install round wood columns with size to be determined later; repair masonry and point brick as necessary using specifications of Preservation Brief No. 2; install double hung wood windows with size and pane configuration to be determined when estimates are received; install rear deck, not visible from street. Applicant intends to build rear garage and will request Certificate for that construction at later date.

  - Two story frame with vinyl siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering. Replacement windows. One story full front porch with replacement aluminum round fluted columns, tongue and groove floor. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Added two story metal stair on north elevation.
