Other: relocation of house- Relocate 1-1/2-story Craftsman house ~ 37x50 footprint to vacant lot on the southeast corner of Kenyon and Armstrong. Rebuild brick foundation with existing brick as much as possible, and construct new concrete or wood steps on front porch. Re-use dismantled chimney brick to rebuild front porch piers to match existing. Reconstruct roof as necessary and cover with asphalt shingles. Construct wooden deck landing in rear at appropriate height for existing rear door (size to be approved by staff). Repair existing detached garage structure and cover existing concrete block with wood siding on furring strips. Siding to match that on house.
