- Style: Georgian Revival (1918).
- Roddy House. Two story frame with brick wall covering. Hip roof with shed extensions on each end, three hip roof dormers on roof with eight light double hung windows, asphalt shingle roof covering. Tripled fourteen light casement windows on first and second stories, with four light transoms on first floor. Central entry with transom above front door, arched stone portico and stone surround with entablature. One story enclosed rom on one side with shed roof extension ending in partial cornice return. One story porte cochere on other side with shed roof extension ending in partial cornice return and supported by square brick columns with brick balustrade. Two interior side brick chimneys. Irregular plan.
