Porch elements- Remove existing noncompliant front step handrails and front porch balustrade. Replace with code compliant handrail and balustrade as per submitted sketch. Balustrade is to have 2x2 square balusters. Handrail is to be molded canted/beveled to meet Building Code for handgrip. Balusters to die into the top and bottom rails and not overlap. Bottom rail to be 4" above the porch floor.
