Doors; Porch elements; Windows- Remove non-original rear stair and frame and screen in lower porch. Infill porch ceiling and floor to match where stair existed. Raise window sill height of window opening on rear porch recess and lower sill height on rear north side and iexchange and install 1/1 relocated wood windows. Enlarge existing rear window opening and add wood door with transom. Install new wood door on each the upper and lower porches in existing door locations.

- Two-story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables with imbricated shingles, asphalt shingle roof covering, eight sided turret with open third floor with round wood columns with sawn wood brackets, bull's-eye trim, modillions and pendants. One -over- one double -hung windows. One- story full front and side wrap- around porch with wood columns with doubled and tripled Ionic capitals, sawn wood banister in chippendale pattern, dentil molding and modillions at cornice. Chimney removed. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Transom at front door.
