1. To allow 6 lots off a JPE in a non-planned residential zone to meet the standards for JPEs serving 5 lots or less.
2. Waive the requirement for a turnaround at end of the JPE.
3. Reduce the required sight distance at the intersection of Diggs Rd from 300' to 250'.
