Guttering; Porch elements; Windows- Replace existing windows with wood double hung windows, sized to fit existing openings with bottom windows to be one over one and upper windows to have calmes on windows facing Eleanor and Third and one over one on other elevations; install color-clad gutters and downspouts; rebuild steps to front porch to be wood, with wood risers.

- Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Side gable roof with projecting front gable with segmental arched inset covered with imbricated shingles under gable, shaped brackets, asphalt shingle roof covering. One over one and diamond Paned (calmes) over one double hung windows. One story two=thirds central flat roof porch with square wood columns with Doric capitals, dentil molding, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Interior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Transom at front entry. Sawn wood applied molding for two small windows. Possible George Barber design.
