- Construct 24' x 30' front-gabled garage in rear yard with horizontal lap (8 .25 in.) cedar siding and asphalt shingle roof to match the house instead of shingles as pictured. Garage door will be 9' x 16' paneled without pictured windows. The proposed garage will have an 8/12 roof pitch to match the house. (The pitch in the submitted photo appears to be greater than 8/12.) The new garage will be accessed by extending the existing driveway from Tazewell Pike into a street-facing garage door. A spec sheet of materials is attached . Proposed setbacks meet building code.
