    • The applicant is proposing to enclose the back porch, which is barely visible from the right side of the front yard.
      • 1. Existing back porch is 18' W x 8'-3" D and would enclose a new bathroom and stairs inside.
      • 2. 6-in cementitious lap siding will be utilized and is the same size as the siding on the existing structure.
      • 3. The roofline will remain the same.
      • 4. A new window will be added to the rear of the house.
