- In October, 2001, the Commission approved the construction of two buildings on the site. The front building is complete. The second building was approved with specific details to be reviewed prior to issuance of overall building permit. Details that remain to be approved include the foundation material (brick), the underground garage openings, gable roofs and balconies on the rear elevation, and the installation of a five-sided bay on the east elevation (to match front building) instead of a square sided bay.
