- Style: Folk Victorian with Bungalow influence (c.1900)
  - One story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Hip roof with asphalt shingle covering. One story one-half front gable Bungalow porch with aluminum columns. Six over six double hung windows. Exterior end brick chimneys. Brick foundation with stucco covering. Rectangular plan.
