The Downtown Design Review Board staff reviewed and recommended the approval of the design as submitted with consideration to orient the words "State St." horizontal rather than vertical for ease of comprehension.
Applicant Request
:- The City is proposing a replacement sign face for the State Street Garage (see attached documentation). The sign frame is existing and made of concrete. The sign will be 3' wide by 10' 8" tall, made of translucent vinyl with the logo graphics on an acrylic panel. The sign will have internal illumination with existing fluorescent lighting. The extent of this request is to replace the sign labeled 01 in the legend. The other improvements listed are not in the scope of this proposal.
