- The window sign dimensions are shown on the attached plan sheets. The window signs will be approximately 24.5% of the large storefront, 12% of the door (excluding the area for the address number), and 21% of the sidelight. The total window sign area is approximately 14.2 square feet.
- The projecting sign will be a non-illuminated three dimensional ice cream cone constructed of resin that will be approximately 3.6 square feet. This sign will be affixed to the building with bolted anchors above the storefront transom and below the second story window sills, as shown on the attached plan sheets.
