Denial of replacement of round-in-section wood porch columns w/6x6 posts or aluminum columns. Approval to rebuild porch and round wood columns to match those in survey photo/descript. Balustrade to match that formerly on east porch (in survey photo)

    • Replace shed roof porch structure and balustrade to match original. Replace now removed round-in-section columns with 6x6 square wood posts or 10" round aluminum columns. Porch deck to remain. Install gutters.

    • Style: Queen Anne (c. 1903)
      • Two-and-one-half story frame with asphalt shingle wall comvering. Bellcast hip roof with lower cross bellcast gables, imbricated shingles in front grble and paired windows under eyebrow, agbled dormer on hip roof. Ceteral prorcting two-story bay under front gable. One-story full front and side wrap-around porch with round wood columns with Ionic capitals,. turned wood balustrade with some metal balustrade replacement on west end, rounded bay porch on front elevation and octagonal bay portion on side. Sidelights and transom at double-leaf entry door. Brick foundation. Concrete front steps with buttresses.
