- One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with hipped dormers, asphalt shingle roof covering. Double hung one over one windows and four over two casement windows in dormers. One story full front porch with paired wood posts on brick piers, wood enclosed balustrade. Two brick chimneys, one exterior end and one interior off set. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Recessed transom and sidelights.
