- LEVEL I CERTIFICATE: Install rear half-light entry paneled metal door with sidelight; install double hung window wood clad Pella Architect series on rear; replace roof covering; build new front porch with chamfered 6"x6" wood columns with wider bases; install new railing of 2"x2" pickets on 4" centers; remove existing rear deck and stairs and install 8'x20' pressure treated porch deck with steps, columns, railing and vertical pickets. Standing seam metal roof on both rear and front porch. Install gutters on rear. Clean and paint exposed front brick foundation (already painted).

  - One story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle covering. One story two bay front porch, altered. One over one double hung windows. Interior offset corbelled brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
