- Style: Bungalow (c.1910)
- Two story frame duplex with weatherboard wall covering. Front gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, exposed rafters and knee braces. Three over one double hung windows with one over one double hung windows in flanking bay on front elevation. One story full front porch with hip roof, square wood columns with segmental arches created by spandrels, sawn wood balustrade, exposed rafters and braces and brick piers with lattice panels at foundation. Five brick chimneys, four exterior side offset with corbelling, one of which has three chimney pots and one interior rear central with chimney pot. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Two projecting bays flanking side by side central front entries on front porch.
