Doors; Guttering; Porch elements; Siding; Windows- Level I: Remove artificial siding, repair wood siding, replacing as necessary; install gutters and downspouts; reinstall original wood windows removed in the past, and install double hung wood windows in place of vinyl replacement windows, in same size, where original windows were not found in basement; remove added vinyl window on front elevation and replace with appropriate wood paneled door. Level II: Install round wood columns on front porch; rebuild second story porch/balcony, installing railing; rebuild rear porch as a full width 6' deep porch with tongue & groove floor and shed roof, square posts, lattice at sides, not visible from Eleanor.

- Two story frame with artificial siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, and arched attic vent window in front facing gable. One over one double hung wood windows and some replacement windows, including window installed at front second story that was former second story porch access. Cutaway bay on front elevation. One story front porch with rounded corner section, with square wood columns and lot-pitched shed roof. One interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation, partially stuccoed. Irregular plan.
