- A screened in porch that extend 9' 9 1/4" along the front façade in the east side yard. The porch extends 19'11 towards the rear lot. The porch is fully screeened with doors on the front and rear. A shed roof connects the porch to the existing house.
- Withdrew application on 7/26 because the applicant changed the proposal to a deck and not an enclosed addition seen from the street. As a result, the applicant went throught the traditional permitting process.
