APPROVE Certificate 5-A-18-DT subject to the following condition.1) Meeting all requirements of Article 8 (Signs, billboards, and other advertising structures) of the City of Knoxville Zoning Ordinance and the City of Knoxville Department of Plans Review and Inspections.
Applicant Request
:- Installation of a non-illuminated, secondary monument sign that is 6' tall by 6'-6" tall, with the sign area being 19.5 sqft. The sign base, cabinet and faces will be constructed of black aluminum. The graphics will be made of vinyl and applied to aluminum face panels. The sign location is within the concrete median of the Holiday Inn driveway and will be approximately 28' from the Clinch Ave. property line and 38' from the Henley St. property line.
