The house is 38' X 37' and has a brick exposed foundation. Details associated with the architectural elevations and site plan follow:
Architectural elevations: The main roof of the house has a 9:12 pitch with asphalt shingles. The front elevation has a dormer with a set of three windows. The house has a set of three windows under the porch area and two windows to the projected right corner area, closest to the street; all the windows each have 4" trim, have no shutters, and are 1:1 versus prairie style as shown on the drawing. The porch columns have brick bases with a caps separating the brick from the wood. A porch perimeter railing will include 2"x 2" pickets, is 36" high, and balusters set into tom and bottom rail (designed similar to images provided). The front door contains wither 3 or 6 daylight windows.
Side elevations - There is NO CARPORT being proposed, as shown on the drawing. The West side elevation will have two windows and the East side elevation will have three windows, as shown on the included floor plan.
Site Plan - The front setback is 28', while the two side yard setbacks are 6'6". The off-street parking is provided off the alley. A tree is planted in the front yard and a sidewalk connects the front steps to the front property line.
