APPROVE Certificate 5-A-19-DT as subject to the following: 1) Painting visible electrical conduit and boxes the same color as the signboard.
Applicant Request
:- Installation of one (1) painted wall sign on the Willow Avenue elevation and one (1) painted canopy sign painted on the Central Street elevation. The painted wall sign will be externally illuminated with up to four (4) goose neck style wall sconces mounted above the sign and on the sign board. The wall sign will be approximately 1.67' tall by 16' long (26.72 sqft). The canopy sign will be non-illuminated and painted on the outside edge of the existing metal canopy. The canopy sign will be approximately .5' tall by 6' long (3 sqft).
