Porch elements; Siding- Repair and replace siding as necessary, matching existing; rebuild front porch with new porch 8'x16' with tongue in groove flooring, beadboard celing, entablature and square, chamfered 6"x6" columnns, railing with quatrefoil cut-out design, shallow pitched roof, wood box gutters, brick foundation and piers.

- Two story frame with artificial siding. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle covering. Two over two and one over one double hung windows. One story gable roofed front porch with splayed wood posts on brick piers, pierced brick balustrade, brick buttresses at front steps. Stuccoed brick foudnation. Transom and sidelights at front entry. Irregular plan.
