      • Level Two: Remove rear brick flue; enlarge garage; add rear dormer to resemble front dormer, placing it on rear plane of roof (north-facing); add skylight on west rear roof section.

    • Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1885)
    • One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering on first story and imbricated fishscale shingles on second. Hip roof with lower cross gables and asphalt shingle roof covering, gabled attic dormer with calmes. One over one double hung windows with leaded transom on cottage window on front façade. One story wrap around front and side porch with square wood columns with Doric capitals and sawn wood balustrade. Two interior offset side brick chimneys; rear brick vent. Brick and stuccoed foundation. Irregular plan. Projecting bay on east elevation.
    • c.1980. One story frame garage with stucco wall covering. Front gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering.
