    • Architectural Elevations: The roof pitch is 5:12. The porch is 16' wide and 8' deep; it is located on the right portion of the front façade and has a matching gable roof. The front exposed foundation as seen from Ohio is a minimum of 8" and a maximum of 24". There are two windows on the front elevation with 6x6 muttons. All other details are noted on the stamped/approved architectural drawings.
    • Plot Plan: The front porch is setback 26; and the house is setback 34'. The sideyard setbacks are 15' on the north sideyard and 7' on the south sideyard. A tree will be planted in the front yard. A private sidewalk comes off the front porch and extends straight towards to the front property line. The driveway is 12' in width and extends 20' behind the habitable portion of the house.
