Plot Plan Summary: Front setback shall be 35' (27' to the front porch) and the west side setbacks shall be 21.46'. The off street parking area shall be gravel and shall be accessed off the 25' wide permanent easement that already exists. A tree shall be planted in the front yard.

Architectural Elevation: The main gabled roof shall be 12:8 and the portion of the porch shall be 12:3. The front porch shall be 8' deep. The exposed foundation shall be 2'-4'.
