Applicant Request
:
    • Remodel of exterior of existing building.
    • Remove existing awnings on the front bulding elevation and porte cochere. Install aluminum panels where the awnings were located on the front building elevation and along the face of the porte cochere, as shown on the attached plans. Install new aluminum panels with recessed lighting on the underside of the porte cochre roof and the roof of the covered walkway along the front building elevation.
    • Install lighting on the aluminum panels on the front buildng elevation. The lighting fixture will be the same color as the aluminum panel and will only illuminate the panels.
    • Install cast stone on the ground floor of front building elevation, porte cochere columns and planters along the sidewalk, as shown on the attached plan.
    • Replace the existing asphalt driveway with a stamped concrete driveway.
    • Replace the two small windows on the western portion of the front building elevation with single pane windows and aluminum framing. The door between these windows may be kept or replaced with a flat front door.
    • Replace the two existing wall signs on the porte cochere with new wall signs of similar size, and install one additional wall sign on the western face of the porte cochere.
