- Site Plan - Front yard setback shall be 19' 1" with a 8 deep foot porch encroaching into the setback, creating a 11' build to line. A sidewalk shall lead from the 8' deep front porch to the existing public sidewalk. A tree shall be planted in the font-yard space. Parking shall be accessed off the alley with a 20' curb cut and has an overall dimension of 24' wide and 17' 11" dimension.
- Architectural Building Elevation - The roof pitch shall be 5:12 and the front gable shall be sided with board and batten siding pattern. The porch columns shall be tapered with brick base. The front foundation shall have a maximum of 24" exposed foundation. The front door and windows shall be traditional craftsman as shown on plans.
