- Rebuild porch piers and foundation of block, faced with brick; point buttresses leading to front porch; replace tongue and groove porch floor in kind; repair soffits and fascia as necessary; replace gutters and downspouts; repair siding in kind as necessary; patch roof shingles around chimney as necessary, installing cricket.

- Style: Neoclassical with Craftsman influence. (c.1910).
  - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with hipped dormers, asphalt shingle roof covering. Double hung one over one windows and four over two pivoting attic windows. One story full front porch with paired wood posts on brick piers, wood enclosed balustrade. Two brick chimneys, one exterior end and one interior offset. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Recessed transom and sidelights.
