APPROVE. Proposed work is consistent with adopted Ft. Sanders design guidelines, and will return some of original architectural integrity to house, improving its appearance.

    • Rebuilt turrets at ends of building; install trim around windows; install iron railing at end of second story front façade to match railing on first story.

    • Style: Altered Queen Anne. (1888)
      • Two story frame with modified steeply pitched roof to add third story. This modification took place in the 1930's. Centered front balcony modified to become gabled front dormer. Three story turrets at each end of building without roofs due to repair of fire damage in 1980s. Replacement windows, some nine over six and some two over two. Full front porch with round wood columns, Doric capitals, rounded central portion and replacement iron balustrade. Double leaf primary entry with transom. Irregular floor plan. Brick foundation.
