    • Site Plan - The front yard setback shall be 27.1' with an 8' deep porch extending into that setback. The front porch is 16' wide and 8' deep. The west side yard setback shall be 13.4' abd the east side yard setback shall be 8.7'. A tree shall be planted in the front yard. A sidewalk shall connect the front porch to the existing public sidewalk. The off-street parking is accessed off the alley and is 12' wide and 35' deep.
    • Architectural Elevation -The roof pitch is 5:12. The porch is centered on the front façade. The façade has three praire style windows and one front door that faces the street. The maimum exposed front foundation is 1.5 1/2'.
