- Style: Folk Victorian with Gothic influence (c.1890)
  - Two story frame with artificial siding. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering. Two over two and one over one double hung windows. One story gable roofed front porch with splayed wood posts on brick piers, pierced brick balustrade, brick buttresses at front steps. Brick foundation. Transom at front entry. Rectangular plan.
