- Erect a metal prefabricated carport to the front of the existing carport. Existing carport is a shed roof open structure supported by round metal poles, with an exposed wood truss system.

- Style: Tudor Revival (1930)
  - One story frame with brick veneer wall covering and frame weatherboard section at rear. Side gable roof with front facing telescoping cross gable, asphalt shingle covering and wood louvered arched gable vent. Double hung two over two windows. Unroofed two-thirds front porch with central gabled portico with arched entry door. One exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
